1. Do you have any store?

No, we don’t have any store. Currently, we are only available online.

3. Are your items ready stock?

Yes, our items are ready stock.

4. Is it possible for me to order “Sold Out” item(s)?

Yes, it is possible. If you are interested to order our “Sold Out” item(s), feel free to contact us here. We cannot guarantee the availability of those item(s), however we will do our best to make your skirt fantasy come true.

5. After I confirm payment, can I add more order and put it as one shipping address?Yes, you can. Note down your previous order reference number & contact us during office hours. We will sent an additional invoice and adjust the shipping costs for you. However, please complete this additional order request before shipment confirmation is sent, usually 1x24 hours after payment confirmation.

6.  I found defects in my package. What should I do?

7. Can I exchange sizes?

Yes, you can, as long as the desired size is available. Requests must be sent within 3 working days after item(s) are received. For more information, you can read our Return and Exchange section.

10. Can I change my address after my order is being shipped?

No, you cannot change your address after your order is shipped. We strongly suggest you to make sure that your address is correct as you fill out your shipping form.

Yes, you can track your order. After your order is shipped, we will e-mail you the shipping number (Sicepat Airway Bill Number) and you can directly track your order at here.
