Domestic orders will be shipped using Sicepat Regular Services (https://www.sicepat.com/).
Flomors will ship your orders 1-2 working days after Flomors Management notify you that your payment has been received and validated by Flomors Management.
All shipments will be made from Surabaya (East Java, Indonesia).
You will receive your item up to 5 working days (working days refer to Monday to Saturday; Sunday and public holiday(s) are excluded). Orders and payment confirmation received on Sundays will be reviewed the next day on our working hours.
Flomors cannot ship orders if problems relating to payment occurs.
Customers are fully responsible to provide Flomors Management with the correct and sufficient information for shipping.
Flomors is not responsible to bear the cost of re-delivery on returned items due to customer’s error in insufficient and/or incorrect address.
Flomors is not responsible for the loss or damage of items during the shipping process caused by the courier services or insufficient and/or incorrect delivery address provided by customers.

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS
Flomors is not responsible for the damage or loss of items after Sicepat delivers the items to customers’ appointed addresses.
Flomors is not responsible if Sicepat is unable to deliver the items in time due errors caused by traffic problems or made by courier services or customers, such as incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. Customers can contact Sicepat Customer Service (021-5020-0050) to deal with the problem using the shipping code in the e-mail confirmation given by Flomors Customer Care Department. Customers’ order will be processed and shipped once the transaction and payment has been fully completed. In cases where errors occur and full payment has not been received by Flomors Management, customers’ order cannot be processed and shipped. Flomors Management reserved the rights to make the final decision upon the process and shipment of customers’ orders based on its payment fulfilment.
Free shipping will be given if there are mistakes on order(s).
